Warranty Policy

1-Year Limited Warranty

Stallion Surfaces provides a 1-year limited warranty on our products, guaranteeing they are free from material and
workmanship defects under normal residential use. This warranty begins on the date
of purchase and applies only to the original purchaser.

Crafted with high-quality materials and expert craftsmanship, our products are built for long-lasting performance.
If any defects in materials or workmanship arise within one year of delivery,
Stallion Surfaces will provide replacement parts at no charge or, at its discretion, replace the defective product or component.

This warranty does not cover scratches, damages caused by misuse, improper installation, neglect, modifications,
or normal wear and tear.

To initiate a warranty claim, proof

Limitations and Exclusions

This limited warranty does not apply to products that have been subject to accident, negligence, improper installation, abuse, or misuse, including the use of abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or other organic solvents.
Damage resulting from contractor, service company, or self-installation errors
is also excluded from this warranty.

Additionally, this warranty does not cover surface damage
caused by chemicals that break down or dissolve the surface finish or damage
from accidental impacts with sharp or heavy objects. The use of abrasive
cleaners or improper care will void the warranty.

 Warranty Resolution

If a malfunction occurs during the limited warranty period and an inspection confirms that the defect developed under normal use, Stallion Surfaces, at its discretion, will choose one of the following options:

1. Repair or replace the defective part(s) or product(s) at cost.

2. Issue a refund for the original purchase price (valid within
   30 days from the date of purchase).

3. Provide a credit toward the purchase of a new product.

Stallion Surfaces is not liable for loss of use,
inconvenience, or any other incidental or consequential costs, expenses, or damages. Please note that some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

express or implied, oral or statutory, are provided. No dealer or any other person is authorized to make warranties or representations on behalf of Stallion Surfaces or its products. Stallion Surfaces shall not be held responsible for any such unauthorized warranties or representations.

Shipping and delivery charges may apply and are determined
at our sole discretion.
