When you order with us and you decide to return the product irrespective of the reason, we will be here to guide your return process, making life much more easier for you

At Stallion Surfaces, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you have any questions about your order, please email us. We would love to assist you.

Our commitment to delivering products that perform exceptionally remains unmatched. If you're not satisfied with your purchase from us for any reason, we'll do our best to make it right. Our manufacturers are the best in the industry, our dependable products are also sold unused with our standard manufacturer warranty. What this means is that we will accept returns or exchanges for most items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition.

If you choose to return an item after you got the delivery, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee, provided no quality issues are involved. The item must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all accessories, and must be unused and uninstalled. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Send email to sales@stallionsurfaces.com and request for return authorization before shipping back the return, follow the return instructions, and ship the product back to our warehouse as any return without authorization will not be processed.

If the return was not as a result of product efficiency, buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee per item in your order. This charge be deducted from your refunds.

On cases of defected or quality matter, will provide return shipping label at our cost and the buyer MUST send out the return to us no more than 5 business days.

For a full refund, all returned items must be in the original packaging, show no sign of physical damage or parts shortage.

You have 30 calendar days for all returns and exchanges.

Products that have been modified and installed cannot be returned or exchanged.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days conditioned based on your bank or credit card company processing time.
